Executive coaching is for people whose decisions affect other people: founders, directors, managers and senior professionals. Often they are successful on paper, but they are facing something that experience alone no longer solves.

How I work with leaders
I do not push frameworks or give advice you did not ask for. We separate what is genuinely outside your control from what is yours to move, and then look for the question underneath the question you arrived with. You make the decision; my job is to make sure you are deciding about the right thing.

Practical details
Sessions are available in English or Persian, online across time zones and in person in Dubai by arrangement. The first session is free.
Credentials and boundaries
I trained through an ICF-accredited coach training program at both ACC and PCC competency levels. My ICF certification is in progress, and I state that plainly rather than rounding it up. Coaching is not therapy, and I say so early if something needs a different professional.
